I often get asked by people who are beginning their work and life in the photojournalism industry, about what its like to cover particular events, topics, or occasions, I thought some of you might like a glimpse behind the camera, at how a recent feature I spent several short trips over 18 months shooting, the world of leg lengthening. I dubbed the series 1 millimetre a day - after the amount of growth patients expect to gain. From research, securing access, logistics, to shooting, and pitching.
